James is the owner and principal trainer and consultant for Cena Hospitality. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, spanning both sides of the Atlantic, James has worked for independent, national and international hospitality companies across all sectors of the industry. With a degree in hospitality business management, as well as being an accredited trainer and associate university lecturer, he brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to the businesses he works with. Based in Sheffield but providing national coverage, our broad client base ranges from small independent businesses through to multiple-site groups; from cafés and restaurants through to the care and education sectors.
